Each piece from Pottheads Studio is handmade with care, which means slight variations in size, shape, and color are part of the charm—no two are exactly the same! Because of this, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping fees are also non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer. This also applies to custom or commissioned pieces.
Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details before checking out! We aren’t able to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package gets returned to us, we're happy to send it back out to a new address—you’ll just need to cover the additional shipping cost.

Taking care of your Pottheads Studio pieces is easy. You can wash them just like any other mug, bowl, or plate. Try to avoid sudden temperature changes, and go easy on the microwave—this will help them last longer. While our pieces are pretty durable, they’re still fragile, so handle them with a little extra love.

Once your payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation and be notified of the shipping date and time. For commission orders, they take around (minimally) 3-4 weeks to complete. Once your piece is ready, we’ll arrange shipping and keep you updated along the way.
